Arrowz Sports Lounge bookings mean, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
If your number of guests changes from the original number booked, we reserve the right to adjust the number of oches allocated and/or your playing time to ensure all our guests have the best possible Social Darts experience.
Please be ready to play at your start time as we can only hold the oches for 15 minutes.
We will endeavour to start you on time but you will get your full allocation of time booked whenever your game begins. If you’re running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Please note that our cancellation policy is 48 hours before your booking.
Your booking is subject to our general terms and conditions. If you make a booking, it will be solely on the terms set out here and in our general terms and conditions, unless we agree otherwise in writing or by email in some cases.
Together, these terms and our general terms and conditions form the “agreement” between us relating to your booking.
Management reserves the right to end any game if any participants are behaving in an unruly, aggressive or disrespectful way that may affect other patrons.
As part of your Dartsee experience at Arrowz Sports Lounge, we’ll send your group a Story featuring highlights of your time with us. Including game clips, replays and and images captured during your game, if you enter your email during play.
